Full-fledged designs, including an initial 1-hour in-person design consult with a member of our design team. In addition, precise measurement taking and continued communication via phone and email to flesh out ideas. Then drawing the design either by hand or with computer software, and then finalizing the design with a full architecture scale pdf version and lamented print version.
Revisions can occur as needed before the last step is completed. All designs will be accompanied by a plant list and all relevant information for a detailed and thorough landscape contractor bid to be created. We typically design landscapes that are sustainable, low maintenance, provide seasonal interest, require little to no pruning, and will thoroughly enhance the overall beauty, function, and health of the space.
These designs are to scale. Where elements are located on the paper will match closely to where they end up in the finished landscape. Most full-fledged designs are in the range of $2500-3000 for a design fee plus tax.

A simpler version of the above design process can be conducted to convey general major elements of a project bid already completed. These rough sketches are meant to give a general idea of the placement of the various elements of the project and to communicate the overall vision for everyone involved in the process. They are not to scale, so the proportions will not match exactly what is seen in the landscape.
