Blacklotus Landscaping offers a positive work culture where staff are encouraged to learn and excel in all aspects of their work and life. We are a quality based company, focusing on bringing art and functionality to our wonderful clients.

We communicate and consult on a regular basis and involve staff throughout the company. We believe in respectable pay based on trainable milestone skill sets, direct deposit, profit sharing, performance bonuses, monthly awards, savings account matches, position specific benefits, paid trainings, work off on many cultural and holy days, and company outings including family days. As of 2023 we have added a full fledged health, dental, and vision benefits program. As the company develops we are also actively exploring other benefits that are important to our team.

We are a family and we have diverse personalities and characters who all support and care about each other at work, and in our own personal lives. This year we will continue our staff community garden where we are growing healthy organic food for the Blacklotus family.

Both the Maintenance and Installation Departments utilize Milestone Programs with a step by step pathway forward that supports staff in the learning of new skill sets, the development of character qualities, and steady progression in the field of landscaping.
