Jon Aflatooni (Owner) grew up with parents that loved gardening and landscapes, then found a passionate interest in horticulture while volunteering in the gardens department of the Baha'i World Center in Haifa, Israel, and has continued to delve deeply into the world of landscaping.
Jon Aflatooni has completed a horticultural degree at South Seattle Community College, a one year certificate of horticulture from University of Guelph, and has 8 years of experience in the landscaping industry. Jon served as mechanical technician, crew member, and crew leader for various gardens crews at the Baha'i World Center for a period of over two years (These world class gardens can be viewed at www.bahaipictures.com). To stay current in the field of horticulture Jon is taking further classes at South Seattle Community College and plans on taking a distance degree in horticulture from a University. Jon has quality experience with landscape maintenance, installation, and design work.
Alexander Aflatooni (Owner) has been working in the landscaping industry for the past 7 years. Alex has experience in rock wall building, patios, and walkways as well as irrigation systems and lawn installation. He is now an owner of Blacklotus Landscaping LLC and is furthering his experience in the industry by taking courses for irrigation and construction at South Seattle Community College. Alex loves his work and enjoys creating new scenes of beauty for people to enjoy.
Jamie Aflatooni (Owner) rounds out the trio of brothers that own and operate Blacklotus Landscaping. Jamie brings with him years of experience at various businesses, a hard work ethic, and experience in landscape maintenance. Jamie's attention to detail, dedication to work methods, kind attentive communication with clients, and creative business management lend a special quality to Blacklotus Landscaping.
